From Europe to Indonesia,
Building Software for Decades

CEBES started in Weert, the Netherlands, back in 1987 — writing software for Dutch banks like Rabobank and later for public safety organizations. In 2005, the company set up a development center in Surabaya, Indonesia.

Our Dutch co-founder has lived in Surabaya for over 20 years and speaks Indonesian fluently. That blend of European engineering discipline and local know-how is something no competitor quite replicates.

We have cross-industry experience including banking, public safety (fire departments, police, ambulance), plastic molding manufacturing, offset printing, online travel, payment gateways, motorcycle distribution, and human resource management systems across Netherlands, Indonesia, and Malaysia.

Yes. We have over two decades of experience working with international clients in Europe and the Middle-East. Our team bridges time zones for timely support and communicates effectively in English. We use daily meetings, GitHub/Slack collaboration, and agile-based development cycles with transparent reporting.

We modernize gradually, preserving existing business logic and data structures while migrating to modern platforms. Our approach minimizes disruption to ongoing operations. For example, we are currently rebuilding a large .NET WebForms HR system into .NET MAUI Hybrid with Blazor using a repository-based data layer with Dapper.
