CEBES started in Weert, the Netherlands, back in 1987 — writing software for Dutch banks like Rabobank and later for public safety organizations. In 2005, the company set up a development center in Surabaya, Indonesia.
Our Dutch co-founder has lived in Surabaya for over 20 years and speaks Indonesian fluently. That blend of European engineering discipline and local know-how is something no competitor quite replicates.

For example, we are currently rebuilding a large .NET WebForms HR system into .NET MAUI Hybrid with Blazor using a repository-based data layer with Dapper.
